About payment methods

This site accepts the following payment methods:

◯Credit card
Payment can be made with VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, and JCB brand cards.

◯ Google Pay
If you are using Google Chrome, you can pay with your Google Pay account.
On the payment screen, select Google Pay under Express Checkout.

◯ Apple Pay
On your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you can use Apple Pay to make payments on the web in Safari.

On the payment screen, select Apple Pay under Express Checkout.

◯ PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay with your account. Please select PayPal on the payment screen.

◯ Pay later
Even if you don't have a credit card, you can use deferred payment at convenience stores, etc. Simply select Paypal on the payment screen.

About delivery and shipping charges

Delivery time: 3-4 business days from order

Shipping Fee:

Hokkaido region - 990 yen Tohoku region/Kansai region - 660 yen
Southern Tohoku, Kanto, Shinetsu, Hokuriku, and Chubu regions - 550 yen
Chugoku region - 770 yen Shikoku region - 880 yen Kyushu region - 990 yen Okinawa region - 1,382 yen

If the total price of the items you are shipping is over ¥11,000 (tax included), we will ship them for free.

Morning service: Until 12 noon / 2-4pm / 4-6pm / 6-8pm / 7-9pm

*Please note that we may not be able to deliver at the desired time depending on the region, weather conditions, and other factors that may cause disruptions to transportation.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that we cannot generally accept cancellations of orders after they have been shipped.
For cancellations before shipment, please contact us using the inquiry form.

Return and exchange conditions

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact order@monco.me within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will provide you with details regarding return shipping and refunds.

If the product is defective

If monco has the item in stock, we will immediately exchange it for the same item. In that case, monco will cover the shipping costs.
If there is no stock available for exchange, we will refund you, with monco covering the handling fee.

◯ Points to note about returns

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs for returns and exchanges due to personal reasons other than when the delivered product is defective or when the product received is different from what was ordered.
