Fantasy Interview | Sally
Hello. I'm Sato, your fantasy interviewer.
This may seem sudden, but animals don't usually speak, do they? But what if they could speak? Isn't this what they really think? What would their relationships be like with their companions? This series is an interview series written while daydreaming about such things. I hope you will bear with me for a while as I indulge in my delusions. Today, in the third installment, we will be featuring Sally, a camel living in Africa. Thank you for your support!

Hello. Thank you for joining us today.
Oh, please don't be so formal. Nice to meet you.
-What do you like doing most, Sally?
Well, I like walking. I like to walk slowly. At my own pace. I like how time passes slowly.
-So you like the desert after all?
Well, I think I want to be in a place that suits me. I look so graceful in the setting sun. But I guess it's a bit of a tricky question if I like it.
-So there's a place you actually want to go?
Well, I like this place. But look, look around. There are only camels around. It's boring.
-That's true, now that you mention it, there are only camels.
I see the same faces every day and I'm honestly getting bored of it.
-I see. If you could go anywhere, where would you go?
Well... Actually, I've always had a dream. I'd like to go to London once. A young traveler I once rode on his back told me that the streets of London were very stylish and everyone passing by looked like they were having fun. That's when I thought, I too would like to wear a bright scarf and walk around the city one day!
-That's nice. A scarf would also look good on you!
Hehehe. I'd like to go someday. But I think it's fine for now. I feel more comfortable with my current friends. A peaceful life is the best.
- Peace is the best, I understand. Me too... But Sally, what's wrong?
...I've always put it off, saying "someday, someday." But that's not good. I just didn't have the courage to go to the city all of a sudden. I can't believe I didn't even realize that!
- Sally...? ?
Thank you, interviewer. You helped me remember my feelings of longing. It's better to go to a place you've always wanted to go to early, right?
-That's true...? The momentum is incredible, is that okay...?
I'm off. London! I feel like my feet are lighter now. See you when I come back. Goodbye, and goodbye♪ (Sally leaves).
-Ah, well, have a nice trip...!
So, now that Sally has left, this is the end of the interview... She was a lively and free-spirited person. Oh dear. Sally, thank you again for sharing your valuable story.
Everything written here is my own fantasy. There is not a single fact in it, so please be careful not to accidentally talk about it as trivia!! Thank you for reading this time as well! Please look forward to the next one!!
